January 30, 2009; 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. ] The Shamblers are an informal walking group which meets on Fridays.   The walks suit most abilities and are about 3 to 5 miles long from around 10.30 am to lunchtime.  Everybody is welcome whether as a regular or one off. It is a friendly group with no fees or insurance.   Everybody walks at their own risk.
